1. Refund Eligibility

At Commentify, we strive to provide the best service to our users. We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service.
  • Service Issues: If there are technical or performance-related issues with the service.

Refunds are not applicable during the 7-day free trial period, as no payment is required during this time.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Users can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a subscription. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to mithun@commentify.co with the following details:

  • Your account details (email used for registration).
  • The reason for requesting the refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in cases of misuse of the service or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
